Cleaning after departure: € 40,-
- Tourist tax: € 1,55 per person and day (Children over 14 years)
- The prices are per day and apartment
- Term stays of less than 5 days: € 35,-
- Children up to 3 years are charged € 6,- per day
- Dogs fee € 5,- per day
Reservation:
- The reservation becomes a binding agreement as soon as the deposit (booking freezing) has been provided
Cancellation:
- In case of cancellation up to two months before the booked arrival-date the deposit is fully refundable
- In case of cancellations at short notice (one month prior to holiday begin), the deposit will not be refunded
- In case of early departure no refund will be given
Arrival:
- The booked apartment may be obtained from 3pm
- Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid ID to register
Check out:
- On the date of departure the apartment must be left by 10.00am latest, and in a presentable condition

- PAYMENT: On arrival or departure in cash or by bank transfer. We point out that under current law, payments in cash can only be accepted up to €999,-

- CANCELLATIONS: The EU standards for cancellations of hotel reservations apply. In case of cancellation and late arrival or early departure 75% of the booked reservation will be billed (unless we can re-rent the apartment).
