Cleaning after departure: € 40,-

• Tourist tax: € 2,50 per person and day (Children over 14 years)
• The prices are per day and apartment
• Term stays of less than 5 days: € 35,-
• Children up to 3 years are charged € 6,- per day
• Dogs fee € 5,- per day

Reservation:

• The reservation becomes a binding agreement as soon as the deposit (booking freezing) has been provided

Cancellation:

• In case of cancellation up to two months before the booked arrival-date the deposit is fully refundable
• In case of cancellations at short notice (one month prior to holiday begin), the deposit will not be refunded
• In case of early departure no refund will be given

Arrival:

• The booked apartment may be obtained from 3pm

• Upon arrival, all guests must present a valid ID to register

Check out:

• On the date of departure the apartment must be left by 10.00am latest, and in a presentable condition

• CANCELLATIONS: The EU standards for cancellations of hotel reservations apply. In case of cancellation and late arrival or early departure 75% of the booked reservation will be billed (unless we can re-rent the apartment).
